Ceilidh

​Ceilidh is from my "Dance Litter". This was a repeat breeding of Levi to Freya, the first litter where I combined my show line dogs from Kontoki Siberians and with Karen Ramstead, NorthWapiti working line Siberians together. As a 8 week old puppy Ceilidh reminded me the most of her grandmother, Siri, in the head which made it VERY difficult to decide between her and Jive. However, she is co-owned with Amber Welch who also has her older big brother Weaver so its not as if she has gone very far. ;) She has a very sweet personality although there is a devilish side to her as well. She is an expert at digging holes!

In the Show Ring

Ceilidh has the distintion of being the first Champion offspring of Levi and Freya as well as being the youngest to finish her championship here at Chimini. She finished her championship in just 7 shows at just 7 1/2 months of age at the Halifax Kennel Club Show on Sept. 3rd, 2005. ​

​Ceilidh, along with her sister Jive went Best Brace In Show at the Moncton Kennel Club Show. on Nov. 11th, 2006. Click on "As Brace with Sister" in side bar to see these two girls together.

On the Trail

Ceilidh ran on Jeff and Amber's team until her retirement. She obtained her SHCC Working Lead Dog title (WLD) in Jan. 2008 . She, along with her sister Jive, lead an 8 dog team, doing 50 miles in harness in 4 runs. ​
